Our Mission

Westlake Baseball Association, Inc. (“WBA”) is a recreational youth baseball league serving the communities of Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks and the greater Conejo Valley. The WBA provides organized baseball for children ages 3 to 14. The WBA is a member of the national PONY organization which stand for "Protect Our Nations Youth".

WBA's mission is to create a positive youth baseball experience by providing a safe, fun and nurturing environment that exemplifies the spirit of community, teamwork and friendly competition. The WBA's vision is to be a community leader, recognized as a transparent, practical and balanced youth sports league in the Conejo Valley.

Volunteers Make Westlake Baseball Happen!

WBA, founded in 1976, is run solely by volunteers. In addition to our 30 plus member Board of Directors, we are supported by parent volunteers who run all aspects of the league, from field maintenance to the concession stand. In the spring of 2018, over 400 children ages 3 to 14 participated in our league, forming more than 35 teams. Last season there were more than 100 managers and coaches who volunteered their time to coach our teams. WBA also has an extensive umpire program.
